Chris Savoie attended the University of New Orleans, the Building Inspection Institute, and other schools for his formal education in the fields of Engineering and Construction Project Design. Most home inspectors lack the expertise necessary to properly access the waterproofing integrity of stucco systems, unless they have been certified through EDI, AWCI or MWC. Our inspector is accredited by EDI, AWCI, AIAQC and the Moisture Free Warranty Corporation, where he is certified as an EIFS, Stucco & Moisture Control Analyst.
